Dr. Mohanasatheesh, MDS, is a distinguished Periodontist and Implantologist with over 17 years of clinical excellence in advanced dental treatments. With a proven record of successfully placing more than 2000 implants, he has efficiently handled a wide range of cases—from simple single-tooth replacements to highly complex full-mouth rehabilitations—setting benchmarks in precision, aesthetics, and patient care. His surgical expertise covers a comprehensive range of advanced procedures, including direct and indirect sinus lifts, ridge split techniques, socket shield procedures, pterygoid implants, zygomatic implants, and full-arch rehabilitations with immediate loading protocols.
A gold medalist in Periodontology from BIHER (Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research), India.He earned his undergraduate dental degree from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University and his postgraduate degree from BIHER University. Dr. Mohanasatheesh holds a Mastership in Implantology from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), USA, and a Fellowship in Laser Dentistry from the World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI), USA. He is an active member of several prestigious organizations such as the ICOI, ISOI, and IAOI. Dr. Mohanasatheesh areas of interest include full-mouth implant protocols for completely edentulous patients, rehabilitation of severely resorbed jaws using zygomatic and pterygoid implants, aesthetic zone implant placement using socket shield techniques, and the integration of digital dentistry and 3D imaging for personalized treatment planning.He has expertise in periodontics, specifically managing gum-related issues including connective tissue graft and mucogingival surgeries. In addition to dental implants, he has successfully performed over 1000 root canal treatments and managed numerous impactions along with various general dentistry procedures.
